further develop. Extensive exposure to ISO 9001 QMS with strong communication and team
working skills allow me to add value to a quality department and improve cost of quality. I

Supplier Quality Engineer, B/E Aerospace Ltd., October 2015 - present
 Supplier evaluation and audits to ISO9001 and AS9100
 Monitor and manage supplier NCR’s and corrective actions
 Work with purchasing and manufacturing to improve supplier performance
 Initiate and manage improvement plans
 Responsible for developing suppliers using the appropriate quality tools (inc. process
capability, FMEA, 7D/8D, fool proofing, 5 Whys, Pareto charts)
 Provide support to suppliers in development of corrective actions where necessary
 Give quality input into strategic purchasing decisions
 Management of approved supplier database
 Drive supplier quality management in line with AS9100 and SC21
 Ensure new and existing suppliers understand and meet B/E’s quality requirements
 Material Review Board – the disposition and resolution of more complex issues with
incoming goods
 Management of own schedule and development to achieve agreed goals
 Communicate to all levels within the organisation on quality related topics

 Creating and controlling quality documents including Inspection Test Plans
 Ensuring traceability for individual contracts
 Reviewing contract documentation to ensure compliance with quality requirements
 Liaison between projects and customers regarding all matters relating to project specific
quality requirements
 Ensuring and verifying implementation of Project Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans and
any other contractual requirements are implemented to customer satisfaction
 Verifying compliance to ISO9001 and internal QMS procedure through monitoring and
audit
 Member of the dedicated Quality Team for NCR review and resolution
 Trained and experienced in various problem solving techniques including PFMEA and 8D
 Liaising with sub-contractors QA/QC as required.
