2. AnnotateDirectly on an Assignment within the Browser
(Inline Assignment Feedback)
STEP 1 Scroll down, click “Grade
Center” in Control Panel
on the left, and select
either “Needs Grading”
or “Full GradeCenter.”
(See steps 1 to 5 from
Task 1.)
3. STEP 2 Add commentsand
annotations: From theinline
viewer toolbar, click the
“Comment” function (1) and
the annotation toolsmenu
expands. You can comment
(by clicking on the chevron
shaped icon next to the
“Comment” button (2), you
can add a point comment,
an area comment, or a text
comment tothe document)
(3), highlight, draw,strikeout
(4) and zoom in and out. (5)

To remove a comment, point tothe yellow comment and select
“Delete.” (1) Use the “Arrow keys” on the inline viewer toolbar to
view other pagesin a document. (2) You can also download a copy
of the file after you annotateit byclicking on the “Download” icon
next to “Comment.” (3)

5. STEP 3 Click the “Attempt” field to
enter the gradefor the
assignment. (1)
STEP 4 Click the “FEEDBACKTO
LEARNER” field togive
additional feedback on the
assignment if necessary. (2)
STEP 5
Click “Submit” to send back
the assignment with your
detailed commentsto the
student. (3)
