STEP 3
Select “Create
Breakout Rooms.”

Type nameof rooms (e.g.,
Room 1). (1)
STEP 5
Type number of rooms
(e.g., 4); (2) “Distribute
participantsevenly” will
automaticallybe
selected. (3)

of studentsfor each room, select
thebox “Divide intogroupsof” and
enter a desired number. To
manuallymoveparticipantsto
breakout roomsasyou please,
select “Don’t moveparticipants.”

4. Divide a Class into Breakout Rooms
STEP 6
Select “Include Moderators
in Distribution.” (4)
STEP 7 Click “Create.” (5)
STEP 8 Repeat the above process
to create Room 2, 3 and 4
for the session.

class into different rooms to facilitate small
group discussions using “Breakout Rooms.”
