Research Problematics
❖Research is considered boring and uninteresting.
❖The benefits of research are often forgotten.
❖The research fund budget is small.
❖Research results do not address industry needs.
❖Researchers and counselors are less competent.

❖Advanced Persistent Threat attacks are reduced
❖Attack of hardware networking and IoT
❖The emergence of aggressive new players
❖The threat of a hardware security hole
❖Attack on social media.
❖Losses and obstacles if hit by an attack.
From that situation, these global standard are issued. They
are ISO 27001 & ISO 27002, ANSI/ISA 62443, and IEC
62243.

Bhatara Siber
“Garda Muda Indonesia Digital”
This program focuses on developing research on cyber
security technology field so the invention could be created and
could be implemented for industry 4.0 in Indonesia.
Our subprograms is aiming to raise passion and to run
research methodology properly.
Philosophy
Bhatara (Devanagari: भटर; Bhaṭāra)
Bhatara means Brahman (God) as the protector of humanity in the
Hindu tradition. In the view of Hinduism, all things in the universe must
be protected by Sang Hyang Widhi with Bhatara title.
Our wish is Bhatara Siber program will create man who capable of
creating research-based cyber security innovation, so Indonesian
digital universe will be protected.

Road to Campus & Vocational School
• Focuses on educating in the level of cognition to change the rigid
and boring image of research into something cool, sexy, and
interesting.
• Improving research intention, socializing the importance of research
and discovery for mutual progress in a fun way, introducing programs
and finding candidates.

2| Wisnu:
Workshop & Training
There will be held a training with cyber security topics using 2
competencies. First, ISO 27001 (Group 1) about risk and
security review. Second, ISO 27002 (Group 2)
about security controls making.
Qualified participant will pass this stage and get certification
ISO 27001 or ISO 27002.
3| Indra: Forum & Gathering
The main focus is bring representation from industry players
to share and provide insights and cyber security issues in
different fields of industry, such as banking, retail, e-
commerce, transportation, health, media, tourism, otomotive,
education, and electronic. Participants are expected to
answer the problem through their researches.
4| Kala: Mentoring & Invention
• The research and experiment will be mentored by professional mentors
that suitable with their fields. So, strong and creative new inventions
could be created.
• Organization will fund the process of mentoring and invention.
• The researchers will get facility of Brahma: Research & Creativity Lab.
5| Rama: Publication
The process of publications in ACM & IEEE and the establishment of
intellectual property are borne by the organization.
6| Ganesha: Scholarship
Big 10 of successful researchers will get the scholarship from LPDP in
category of BPI Afirmasi Prestasi Olimpiade Bidang Sains, Teknologi,
dan Keterampilan.

Bhatara Siber “Garda Muda Indonesia Digital” This program focuses on developing research on cyber security technology field so the invention could be created and could be implemented for industry 4.0 in Indonesia. Our subprograms is aiming to raise passion and to run research methodology properly.

Second, ISO 27002 (Group 2) about security controls making. Qualified participant will pass this stage and get certification ISO 27001 or ISO 27002.
  • 26. 3| Indra: Forum & Gathering The main focus is bring representation from industry players to share and provide insights and cyber security issues in different fields of industry, such as banking, retail, e- commerce, transportation, health, media, tourism, otomotive, education, and electronic. Participants are expected to answer the problem through their researches.
  • 27. 4| Kala: Mentoring & Invention • The research and experiment will be mentored by professional mentors that suitable with their fields. So, strong and creative new inventions could be created. • Organization will fund the process of mentoring and invention. • The researchers will get facility of Brahma: Research & Creativity Lab.
