3. Dr. Christian Coachman graduated in Dental Technology in 1995 and in Dentistry at the University of São Paulo/Brazil in 2001. He is a member of the Brazilian
Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and the second Brazilian to become a member of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.
Moreover, Dr. Coachman attended the Ceramic specialization Program at the Ceramoart Training Center, where he also became an instructor.
In 2004, Dr. Coachman was invited by Dr. Goldstein, Garber, and Salama, of Team Atlanta, to become Head Ceramist of their laboratory, a position he held for almost 5
years.
Dr. Coachman worked with many leading dentists around the world as Dr Van Dooren (Belgium), Gurel (Turkey), Fradeani (Italy), Bichacho (Israel), Ricci (Italy) and
Calamita (Brazil).
He also worked as a Smile Designer for many years at his well known family Dental Clinic, Coachman-Well Clinic, in Sao Paulo-Brasil, together with his father, uncle
and brother. He works as a consultant for Dental offices and companies, developing products and implementing concepts and has lectured and published
internationally in the fields of Esthetic Dentistry, Business and Marketing Strategies, Innovation and Trends, Digital Dentistry, dental photography, oral rehabilitation,
dental ceramics and implants.
He is the developer of well known techniques as the Pink Hybrid Implant Restoration, the Digital Smile Design Concept (DSD) and the Smile Donator Technique.
Nowadays he spends his time lecturing internationally and running the company he founded, DSD Global.
His family has a unique tradition in dentistry described below and featured in the Guinness Book of Records as the longest, non stop, lineage of dentists, 6
generations so far to be more precise.
