• Lead planner for the Department of State movement of 26 Guantanamo Bay detainees to 14 countries.
• Disaster relief Logistics Officer, provided rescue and recovering operations pier side, New Orleans in
the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Coordinated logistics support for over 2K military personnel and the
feeding and lodging support for over 1K National Guardsman and federal/state rescue workers.

• Supported 16 Integrated Logistics Overhauls (ILOs) and Phased Maintenance Reviews (PMRs) in 6
shipyards; all work completed on time and within budget.
• Supported over 170 ship maintenance availabilities and processed over 1,300 purchase card and

• Developed and implemented an improved IA Warrior Transition gear and weapons turn-in process;
reduced total IA re-deployment time by two days and saved over $200,000 in un-necessary
transportation and excess baggage costs with total projected annual savings costs to exceed $1M.
