order proposals to provide program life support and logistical tear down/set up capability for re-staging DI
personnel and their assets to new locations as program evolved.

plans and programs to reduce loss from fraud, theft or safety accidents in a multi-billion dollar global retail

Responsible for developing, directing, implementing and monitoring security programs for Alaska, Hawaii,
Guam and more than 35 countries in the Asia/Pacific Region. Planned, trained, equipped, scheduled and
programmed a 2,500 security workforce charged with securing 10 major military installations, protecting
