development in key austere locations in Africa; oversaw efforts of almost $100M. Led a staff of 38
experts: security, civil engineering, fuel, supply, transportation, contracting, maintenance, deployments.

Envisioned new paradigm for Air Force stockpile management in Europe. Strong positioning led to
latest offer from allied nation to increase foreign government "cost share" from 5M to 7.2M Euros
for 3-site program with over $.8B in assets.
Remote site leader; sr American officer...catalyst behind establishing flying ops at remote Korean site.
Designed & implemented flying ops beddown plan: $21 million in personnel/facilities build up and
new service contracts. All facets of support delivered on budget & on schedule. Awesome change
management; commanded and grew unit from 50 personnel to 120. Executed 400% increase in contract
support. Point man for US presence on Korean base.
Led development of emerging international logistics engagements and exchanges. Crafted 12

Innovations highlighted by senior USAF leadership. Invited to become group commander's deputy.
Envisioned USAF-level strategic transformation for industrial processes and played a key role in redesigning
higher headquarters through the merger of three staffs into one.
Thrived in uncertain environments: deployed veteran of First and Second Gulf Wars. Deployed

Managed a vast $884M reserve stockpile at three remote sites in Korea; local US voice to Korean Air
Force base commander, Led 120-person air field support operations unit in southern Iraq.

population; crafted and executed support plan for population growth of 2K+ personnel over two weeks.
Led 36-person team to sustain exercise participants; transportation/in-
processing/billeting/feeding/out-processing needs met. Oversaw USAF support for US World Cup soccer
team while in Europe.
Crafted wing commander's automated tool to track/report key in-garrison & readiness metrics--new
centerpiece of monthly staff meetings at military's largest overseas community.
Innovation: Delivered $26 million in savings/cost avoidance for industrial maintenance operation. Freed
resources for the USAF to redirect towards flying operations. Targeted value stream improvements enabled
manpower reductions, elimination of pre-existing facility development plans, targeted logistics pipelines.
Vastly reduced maintenance cycle times. Improvements kept more than 400 vehicles on the road and
out of the shop annually. Incredible improvement over past performance. Accomplished despite massive
personnel deployment tempo of up to 30%.
