This document outlines a student technology project to design and produce customized rucksacks and bags. The project will involve buying plain bags and rucksacks locally and customizing them through spraying patterns or sewing personal designs. Students will volunteer to help with production at the school. Target customers include other students looking for fashionable bags to express individuality as well as companies seeking promotional products. Products will initially be sold at school events with the possibility of later setting up an online shop. A cost analysis shows projected costs of bags and the minimum sales needed to break even. A SWOT analysis will help evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
4. • The main idea is to design rucksacks and bags as
the costumers likes.

• If the costumer has his/her own favourite cloth or an
old t-shirt we can also sew his/her own personal
bag-pack or bag of it.

7. PRODUCTIONPRODUCTION
• We want to buy the plain bags and rucksacks
locally as we don‘t want them to be produced
under bad working conditions.

• We will use the regular textile spray and we will
also need some patterns for spraying the bags.

We will create an activity group at school with
volunteers to help us with our project.
This is good because we have employees who
support us with our idea.
More over the school provides us the production
facilities.

Our marketing idea is to use our social networks for the
promotion of our products.
