Achievements
- Initiated and performed regional quality audit on the pre-mixes
and toller sites based on FAMI-QS, ISO9001, HACCP, GMP and
DSM Premix Manufacturing Requirements. All findings were track
via Trackwise system (an electronic management system for
recording & tracking of deviation, internal, external & supplier
audit, management of change).
- Train and implemented Trackwise beyond QA personnel that
includes plant production, warehouse, procurement, technical
on how to use the system to create and track records.
- Initiated Supplier audit for local & regional suppliers. Established
a standardized checklist and train local site QA & Purchasing
Manager to perform audit.

CLASSIFIED PERSONNEL INFORMATION requirements, sharing best practices, set and meet quality KPIs, audits, reporting, etc. - There are intensive contacts beside QA Managers, with but not limited to Regional SHE Manager, Plant Managers, Production Support, Product Managers, Technical Managers, Formulator, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing/Product Launch teams, GMs and customers. - Some of the key accountability for my position as follows;  Enforce implementation from Global to site level of Management Directives, Manufacturing Requirements, ISO 9001:2008, HACCP principles and GMP guidelines.  Coordinate and manage the MOC (Management of Change) on local, regional and global level working with site team members.  Manage quality issues between all involved players, such as product management, regulatory affairs, site QA Managers and customers.  Perform and coordinate internal and external audits and inspections to satisfy customers and authorities and to support operational improvements to ensure high process and product capabilities.  Evaluate suppliers and setting specifications for products as well as raw materials to fulfill all quality requirements of DNP products incl. where applicable Kosher/Halal, GMO, residual solvents, absence of allergenic potentials, BSE/TSE etc.  Organize and hold regional quality meeting to share best practices/knowledge, knowledge transfer and updating quality skill of QA Managers.  Uses SAP for approval and maintaining of raw material in BOM and track customer complaint and trend analysis.  Champion the use of Trackwise system to record, track and monitor all deviations occurred related to quality of raw material, process, operation, finished products, supplier, toller, audits, etc. Achievements - Initiated and performed regional quality audit on the pre-mixes and toller sites based on FAMI-QS, ISO9001, HACCP, GMP and DSM Premix Manufacturing Requirements. All findings were track via Trackwise system (an electronic management system for recording & tracking of deviation, internal, external & supplier audit, management of change). - Train and implemented Trackwise beyond QA personnel that includes plant production, warehouse, procurement, technical on how to use the system to create and track records. - Initiated Supplier audit for local & regional suppliers. Established a standardized checklist and train local site QA & Purchasing Manager to perform audit.

This is to ensure that site do not receive any high and critical findings. - Involved in the project for building new site in Philippines until commercial production. Work with the QA Manager to established the quality laboratory functions and analytical testing for Vitamins & Mineral assays and Physical-Chemical analysis for raw materials and finished premixes. - Assisted in the setup of ISO9001:2008 and GMP requirements for Philippines site.
