Achievements
- Initiated and performed regional quality audit on the pre-mixes
and toller sites based on FAMI-QS, ISO9001, HACCP, GMP and
DSM Premix Manufacturing Requirements. All findings were track
via Trackwise system (an electronic management system for
recording & tracking of deviation, internal, external & supplier
audit, management of change).
- Train and implemented Trackwise beyond QA personnel that
includes plant production, warehouse, procurement, technical
on how to use the system to create and track records.
- Initiated Supplier audit for local & regional suppliers. Established
a standardized checklist and train local site QA & Purchasing
Manager to perform audit.
