Company Profile: Vignesh Agri Exports is a company into manufacturing and export to different countries through their
own marketing. Company is into exporting of Bulk, canned, and Bottled Gherkins (A type of Cucumber), Jalapenos,
Banana Peppers, Carrots, Tomatoes, Capsicum, Okras, Baby corn products and other Vegetables.
JOB ROLE: To fulfill the duties of a full time Quality and Operations on Company production, quality and shipments.
SCOPE:
Quality Assurance and Control-
• Designing and implementing appropriate Quality Management systems as required by the business – including
meeting HACCP and other compliance requirements
• FSSAI registrations, product filings, export filings, coordinating with auditors for inspections.
• Internal departments auditing, Supplier audits, co ordination and supporting in BRC, HACCP audits and
Customer audits.
• Incident reports, Rejection notes, Deviation notes and CAPA raising and reporting to QA/QC in charge.
• External Lab communication and coordinating with Raw and Packing materials suppliers related to quality
concerns
• Conducting Training programmes like Food Safety, Good Hygienic practices and Good Laboratory practices etc.
• Liaise with the various statutory bodies to ensure that all compliances relating to quality are kept up-to-date and
relevant for the business
• Assisting to In charge in handling customer complaints through traceability, taking corrective action and
preventive action
• Responsible for Raw materials, Packing materials and finished goods releasing.
• Preparation and Revising of Raw materials, packing materials and finished goods specifications according to
Customer requirement.
• Preparation of QC reports, finished product reports, Weekly Review Meeting and Management Review Meeting
reports.
• Monitoring of Pest control activities, ETP, Online Supervisors activities and laboratory daily activities
• Work actively towards product and process improvement, and cost management
• Setting up the Production Department of the company by establishing appropriate procedures, processes and
systems for the same.
• Responsible for the establishment of the process parameters, production planning and execution to meet
customer requirements.
• Expected to bring about efficiencies in cost and productivity by making process and other improvements.
• Effective management of factory personnel to ensure optimum productivity.
• Designing and implementing effective training modules for factory personnel
• Managing of the Technical & Maintenance Department of the company by establishing appropriate procedures,
processes and systems for the same.
• Establishment of the process parameters, and for the routine maintenance of the plant and machinery
• Manpower planning, training of personnel, and exercising control of the personnel in the department
• Establishing a process of preventive and break-down maintenance that will result in minimum downtime of the
line.
• Designing and implementing a Management Information System that correctly captures data, and reports on
the performance of various critical equipment and machinery.
• Setting up a laboratory facility appropriate to the requirements of the business
• Selection and training of personnel who will be required to carry out quality control and assurance, and product
development
• Designing, establishing and implementing such systems, processes and procedures as may be necessary for
achieving customer specifications, and food safety standards
• Besides the above, I will also be responsible for drawing up the plans and budgets necessary for the Quality
activities, for effective and successful implementation of the same, and for management of the personnel
engaged in the above activities.

1) Name of the Industry: Forbes and Walker Fine Foods Private Limited-Agro Foods exporter (Group of Dilmah Tea,
Srilanka)
Worked at M/s. Forbes and Walker Fine Foods Private Limited-Agro Food Products Division, Colombo as Quality Control,
QA and Food Technology Consultant (Assistant Manager Level) and assisting to Director in Product Sourcing activities
from July 2011 to December 2014.
Company Profile: Forbes and Walker Fine Foods Private Limited-Agro Food Products Division is the buyer of Agro food
products from Indian manufacturers and export to different countries through their own marketing and Dilmah Tea
Marketing team which is dealing with manufacturing and marketing of Tea with the brand DILMAH. Forbes is into
exporting of Bulk, canned, and Bottled Gherkins (A type of Cucumber), Jalapenos, Banana Peppers, Carrots, Tomatoes,
Capsicum, Okras, Baby corn products and other Vegetables.
JOB ROLE:To fulfill the duties of a full time Food Technologist providing Quality Control and QA on Company shipments
and advising marketing division on product development.
SCOPE:
Finished products - Bulk, Jar and Canned products Quality Inspections, record control of all exports from India.
Contribution towards increasing in product range through product development and R&D.
Contribution towards increasing in exports through sourcing products.
Inspection of all raw materials, packing materials and process parameters used for Forbes products in all plants.
Development of detailed specification of products, development sheets and costing activities.
Regular reports preparation for Director with crop reports, projections and shipment schedules reports on weekly basis.
Coordinating with our logistics team to assure on time shipments from all the manufacturing units.
Strengthening quality, quantity, cost control and timely delivery of products as required by the customer.
Maintain off line inventory records of excess material of packing and processing material.
Plant Audits and assisting to Plant management in implementation of Systems.
Case studies in problematic areas in manufacturing units and monitoring of process and shelf life studies.

• Involving in Label designing for Jars, Cans and Bulk and Specification preparation and communicating to plants.

Company Profile: Vignesh Agri Exports is a company into manufacturing and export to different countries through their own marketing. Company is into exporting of Bulk, canned, and Bottled Gherkins (A type of Cucumber), Jalapenos, Banana Peppers, Carrots, Tomatoes, Capsicum, Okras, Baby corn products and other Vegetables. JOB ROLE: To fulfill the duties of a full time Quality and Operations on Company production, quality and shipments. SCOPE: Quality Assurance and Control- • Designing and implementing appropriate Quality Management systems as required by the business – including meeting HACCP and other compliance requirements • FSSAI registrations, product filings, export filings, coordinating with auditors for inspections. • Internal departments auditing, Supplier audits, co ordination and supporting in BRC, HACCP audits and Customer audits. • Incident reports, Rejection notes, Deviation notes and CAPA raising and reporting to QA/QC in charge. • External Lab communication and coordinating with Raw and Packing materials suppliers related to quality concerns • Conducting Training programmes like Food Safety, Good Hygienic practices and Good Laboratory practices etc. • Liaise with the various statutory bodies to ensure that all compliances relating to quality are kept up-to-date and relevant for the business • Assisting to In charge in handling customer complaints through traceability, taking corrective action and preventive action • Responsible for Raw materials, Packing materials and finished goods releasing. • Preparation and Revising of Raw materials, packing materials and finished goods specifications according to Customer requirement. • Preparation of QC reports, finished product reports, Weekly Review Meeting and Management Review Meeting reports. • Monitoring of Pest control activities, ETP, Online Supervisors activities and laboratory daily activities • Work actively towards product and process improvement, and cost management • Setting up the Production Department of the company by establishing appropriate procedures, processes and systems for the same. • Responsible for the establishment of the process parameters, production planning and execution to meet customer requirements. • Expected to bring about efficiencies in cost and productivity by making process and other improvements. • Effective management of factory personnel to ensure optimum productivity. • Designing and implementing effective training modules for factory personnel • Managing of the Technical & Maintenance Department of the company by establishing appropriate procedures, processes and systems for the same. • Establishment of the process parameters, and for the routine maintenance of the plant and machinery • Manpower planning, training of personnel, and exercising control of the personnel in the department

Forbes and Walker Fine Foods Private Limited-Agro Food Products Division, Colombo as Quality Control, QA and Food Technology Consultant (Assistant Manager Level) and assisting to Director in Product Sourcing activities from July 2011 to December 2014. Company Profile: Forbes and Walker Fine Foods Private Limited-Agro Food Products Division is the buyer of Agro food products from Indian manufacturers and export to different countries through their own marketing and Dilmah Tea Marketing team which is dealing with manufacturing and marketing of Tea with the brand DILMAH. Forbes is into exporting of Bulk, canned, and Bottled Gherkins (A type of Cucumber), Jalapenos, Banana Peppers, Carrots, Tomatoes, Capsicum, Okras, Baby corn products and other Vegetables. JOB ROLE:To fulfill the duties of a full time Food Technologist providing Quality Control and QA on Company shipments and advising marketing division on product development. Inspection of all raw materials, packing materials and process parameters used for Forbes products in all plants.
