. Report to the Production Manager and Operations Manager.
. Handle purchase requisition of machine spare parts, auxiliary equipments and transaction of
contractors and suppliers.
. Supervise the daily operational and maintenance of all production machines, auxiliary equipments
and pollution control facilities of the establishment.
. Complete Machine Lay-out and installation of Solder wire production, Solder Powder Atomizer
machines, Induction Furnaces, Anode Extrusion machine, Automatic Billet drawing machines and
Injection of balls/buttons casting machines.
. Commissioning of machines and new machines installed and ensures that the machine run smooth
before turn over and utilization for production use.
. Daily monitor and check the parameter setting and safety measures of all production machines.
. Work with the QA Department and provide technical support for troubleshooting process
enhancements; cost saving project and quality improvement.
. To identify root cause of defect on production issues and take corrective and preventive action.
. Conduct machine changed mold, parameter setting, machine stabilization and responsible in
producing consistent product according to specification before turn over to production operator.
. Conduct scheduled Preventive maintenance and implements Standard operational procedure in
repairing and replacing parts of all production machines and auxiliary equipments.
. Responsible in cleaning, restaging of all production molds and upkeep of all production machine
mold and spare parts.
. Responsible for troubleshooting, repaired, corrective and preventive maintenance of all production
machines and auxiliary equipments both electrical and mechanical parts.
. To ensures that all maintenance activities and equipments are operating in accordance to ISO 9001
and ISO 14001.
