EMPLOYMENT DETAILS: -
1) EMPLOYMENT (PRESENT):-Executing the profiles as “Sr. Executive Quality in United
Spirits Limited (USL)” a Diageo Group Company at Guwahati; the largest Spirits Company in
India & the company has twenty-one brands in its portfolio that sell more than a million cases each
year. (From May 2012 to till date).
Responsibility:-
Overall responsible for efficient management of the Quality operations to deliver consistent
quality as per company norms and specification.
Monitor required processes parameters & explore methods for improvements.
Risk identification and setting up of Internal Controls and building of Standard Operating
Procedures.
Plan and perform internal quality Audit to identify process weaknesses, inefficiencies and
operational issues & recommend CAPA to face external Audits successfully.
Train supporting staff, line supervisor & workers as per their requirement related to quality.
Support USL Unit head, commercial & TMU management (Third party Manufacturing Unit) in
effective execution of Production & Dispatch.
Timely & proper investigation of customer complaints with RC & CAPA (if any).
Monitor, maintain Plant & Lab Hygiene, Pest control activity & people safety during work in the
plant.
Monitor all lab instruments functioning with timely performing internal calibration as per

Patalganaga plant vanivali, Raighar” The largest Indian food and beverage company.
manufacturing carbonated, non-carbonated soft drinks, snacks with brands that have won the hearts
of consumers. Producer of India's first mango drink in a tetra pack technology, first apple nectar, the
country's first sparkling apple drink, which are milestone in the beverage segment under the brand
name of Parle Agro (From Jan 2012 to Apr 2012).
Responsibility: -
Responsible for on line Quality operations to deliver consistent quality as per company norms
and specification for non-carbonated product Fruti, also for carbonated Appy Fizz.
Regular monitoring of CIP, sanitation & cleaning schedules.
Monitor, maintain Plant & Lab Hygiene, Pest control activity & people safety during work in the
shift.
Incoming Packing Material inspection & lab instrument calibration.
3) EMPLOYMENT (PREVIOUS): - Executed the profiles as “Executive Quality Assurance in
PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd. at Paithan” an ISO 22000, 18000, 14000 certified MNC,
manufacturing carbonated, non-carbonated soft drinks, juices, snacks under the brand name of
PepsiCo (From Aug 2010 to Dec 2011).
Responsibility:-
Plan and execute ready Syrup/Juice Hot fill line products like 7UP Nimbooz, Slice, Gatorade,
and other flavors preparation as per production requirement on dedicated line & shift.
Testing of raw and finished product Quality, storage condition & processing it should meet
standards set by both i.e. companies and regulatory authorities.
FPR & TPM coordinator for NCB line for area related to Quality.
Regular monitoring of CIP, sanitation & cleaning schedules.
Working along with R & D team for conducting various trials for new product or packing.
Conducting regular inspection for Food Safety Risk Assessments for process compliance.

White, Vat 69, Haig, Captain Morgan, Smirnoff and Shark Tooth (From Jun 2008 to August 2010).
Responsibility: -
Monitoring Production planning, operation & Quality Assurance by leading 10 production
officers & Quality officers; reporting to Manufacturing Manager / GM.
Meet the production as per plan & availability of resources (man power, raw material, machines)
by situational assessments for optimum production & Quality.
Plan, co-ordinate for Preventive, Autonomous Maintaince activities & shutdown time with
Maintaince department.
Executing company's key activity like Controlled Quality Index (CQI) And Outgoing Product
