PROFILE:
I am a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional, who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere where
problem solving and reacting to various unforeseen daily situations is considered a challenge. I have
worked as both Captain and Bartender in fine dining and wine driven atmospheres. My current work
has involved opening service establishments from concept, through initial inspection, staffing and
training. I was the liaison between the owners and other members of staff. I have been in charge of
scheduling meetings & travel, as well as making sure that all corporate paperwork was completed and
received by their time-sensitive dates.
