closing the bar, making specialty syrups and juices, and general stock of the bar, making sure that the
servers get all their drinks is a timely fashion for a three floored restaurant, and taking care of guests and
creating regulars. It was also required to have a great knowledge of wine, and classic cocktails.

opening, setting up to location and tearing down the bar area, as well as being completely comfortable with

beer and wine, and training the new employees.
