2. Started out on a $100,000 remodel for Dr. Beintz O.P. in Elk City, OK I brought the project in $9,000 under
budget and did the work in three weeks with a time allotment of five weeks.
One of my final projects was a $ 2.5 million 10,000 sq ft poured concrete tilt up wall commercial bldg. that was
completed 48 days ahead of schedule and $15,000 under budget.
Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Supervised construction and extraction workers. Oversaw daily construction activities. Evaluated site. Worked
with architects and engineers to plan project. Decided on construction requirements including materials,

Traveled all over United States Remodeling and installing retail stores ex. Dollar Tree, Radio

removal of existing store first. Also remodeled Radio Shack's Head quarters in Los Angeles, CA which was
over a 100,000 sq. ft. project. I usually had 4-6 people plus
numerous contractors working for me. I brought my projects in on time and under budget.
