and development phase to completion. Major responsibilities included maintaining
project budget ($15MM interior finishes, FF&E, kitchen, and laundry), coordination of
interior design architect, engineer, and contractors for specifications, performance, and
quality assurance. Coordinate various consultants with developer, contractor, and
construction management team. Support corporateoffice with monthly budget reports
