Subcontract construction and project manager for David Haynes of Smith and Son.
My role consists primarily of onsite control of numerous jobs, scheduling programs to
ensure jobs are running on time and on budget. Performing inductions and monitoring
all OHAS is complied. Liaison with clients architects engineers. Ordering, estimate and
costing materials and trades. Quality control. Reporting to director David Haynes.
Also hands on with carpentry works training two young carpenters.

Construction and project manager with Interline constructions
Working directly alongside with the director of the company. Consisting of preliminary
working drawings to handover. Full autonomy of construction of high end homes
ranging from $1million to $2.5 million once permits were issued and works began ‘on
site and reporting to director with weekly production meetings and other internal staff.

Starting as subcontract carpenter to progress to construction manager.
Carpentry build and organize overall high end residential construction of architectural
new homes, town house development sites and extensions. Ranging from $500,000 to
$3million. Liaison with architects, clients, trades, suppliers, relevant building authority.
Direct and monitor job progress with budget and time frame and to implement all
relevant trade and OHAS requirements within company policy and local laws.
