The unshakeable commitment to the
 truth that an individual's personal
 worth is not dependent on his/her
            performance.

One of your colleagues is responsible to provide data
in order for weekly reports to be submitted. Three
weeks out of every month, the data is provided as
required.
When it is your turn, however, to submit the weekly
report, the data from your colleague is late,
incomplete, or totally missing.
Now your supervisor has pointed out that your
reports are consistently sub-standard.
