I work hard and I like to develop my ideas pro-actively. I work well within a group as a sound
all round team player ready to listen to others and at times lead with the passion to achieve
set targets. Im creative and always ready to learn to ensure I am always ready to approach
obstacles and tasks from all angles and meet my deadlines to a high standard. Im self-
motivated; ambitious and driven by the challenge of pressure.

• On a daily basis i am in charge of store figures, the everyday running of the store when the
manager absent, achieving targets set by the store, daily planner for staff, the opening and
closing of the store as well as the visual outlay. Im also responsible for cash handling morning
and night as well as all of the paperwork from previous day of business.
Bluebell Inn, Bar Staff/ Waitress, 2012 - 2014
• I was responsible for the opening and closing of the pub, cash handling, customer service,
stock rotation, training new staff, taking bookings and the general day to day running of the
business making sure everything is done before each shift.

• I manage a team of up to ten staff within the Menswear & Children’s wear departments on a
daily basis, ensuring I deliver a high standard of customer service at all times by supporting

maintain a healthy number of staff on both departments to support customers and our stores

• I open and close the store on a daily basis by preparing the store ready for the following
working day. Admin is also a key role in my position as I monitor absence, holiday and have
