Despite my being young and not as experienced, I understand the importance and value of hard work. As proof of this I can look to my previous academic achievements, my achievements as an athlete and more recently my relationships with my past and present employers. I am a fast learner with a positive outlook and hunger for knowledge which allows me to execute any assigned task not only effectively but also quickly, making me an efficient worker, which I believe is my best quality and also what I feel that is necessary for an employee in any field to be able to be.
