Football Referee
Nottinghamshire Football Association, Regan Way, Beeston, Nottinghamshire, NG9 6RZ
Due to my backing of knowledge within people development and management, and due to
my career progression in sport with my current degree, it was most applicable to peruse
refereeing to now get a grip with working within sport, and working with children. I had
previously done lower levels of this while studying at school. I am responsible for refereeing
in youth leagues and adult leagues in Nottingham throughout all weekends of the year, and
some week days. Leagues include: the Notts Youth League (aged 14-19), so I can have the
experience with working with children; the English College Football League (aged 16-19)
placed on Wednesday afternoons with colleges all around Nottinghamshire; and finally the
Notts Senior League (aged 16 and over), which is a armature step 7 adults football league.
To further expand my knowledge within sports and teaching, I will progress my refereeing
up the ranks as much as possible over the coming years
