SALES ADVISOR – PANASONIC- (NOVEMBER 2015 – TO DATE)
I workedin John Lewis and Currys stores as a Panasonic representative, selling Panasonic smart
home equipment. I workedindependently within the shops and was responsible fortraining all
staff on how to use and sell this new product, as well as exceeding my ownsales targets. I then
reported to my regional sales manager after every shift, giving valuable insight on how sales could
be improved within the shop.
DATABASE ANALYST– ABUS UK - (AUGUST2013 – SEPTEMBER 2013)
My job role wasa data analyst. I had sole responsibility for data cleansing of the whole company
marketing database consisting of a large number of customers. The challenge wasto take a
database that had grown through acquisition and cleanse it of duplicates and other inaccuraciesso
that it complied with Abus’s market segmentation policy.This was achievedusing Microsoftexcel
and direct contactwith B2B customers. The system was then enhanced by adding new customers
2. to the database. I wasgiven a target of 600 new customers howeverIover-achievedand collected
957 new customers.
ASSISTANT TENNIS COACH- ALMONSBURYTENNIS CLUB – (2009 – 2015)
I underwent theoretical training for a week,combined with40 hours practicaltraining. I worked
independently and withhead coaches to deliversessions to children and adults including students
with physicalimpairments. Coaching taught me how to communicate effectively andgiveclear
instructions. I havelearned a great deal about myself and my ability to motivateand inspire others.
SALES ADVISOR – EE SHOP – (SEPTEMBER 2014 – JULY2015)
I workedin retail environment in Clifton an affluent area of Bristol. Responsibilities included:
reconciling customer needs and identifying opportunities to introduce package selling. Managing
customer relations with sales and customer service quires, monitored by a management
performance system. Working to tight gross profit and volume sales targets in line with EE’s
marketing strategy. Adhering to EE’scredit control policy.Other duties included daily banking,
stockcontrol and training new staff.
INVIGILATOR– DOWNEND SCHOOL – (MAY2014/ AUGUST2014)
I monitored GCSE and A level candidates taking examinations.
LIFEGUARD(2011-2013)
Maintenance of health and safety policy and customer service was our main objective,this was
achievedby workingwell as team. My responsibilities were to monitor the pool, run children’s
birthday parties and administrative tasks. This job taught me responsibility and teamwork.
SUMMARY I am self-awareand use this to continuously improve and build relationships. I enjoy workingin
