To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Sarah Brothers whom I previously worked with at
Healthsource Saginaw. We began working together in the fall of 2012 where her role as Unit Coordinator was vital to
the daily operations of the unit.
At Healthsource Saginaw, Sarah was responsible for assisting the nurses, mental health workers, and
patients and she always went above and beyond to work as a team player. Her role required her to be aware of many
different aspects of the daily operations from patient scheduling and doctors orders, making her the go to person. She
excelled at multiple fields but her organization skills, and ability to multi-task stand out to me.
In the few short years I have known Sarah I have seen her strong work ethics, her ability to adapt to a
changing environment, and her upbeat positive attitude. She was a great attribute to our team and will be very
successful in the future.

Sincerely,
Tera Parth R.N.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter in regards to Sarah Brothers a previous employee on mine at TGI
Fridays. She was employed with TGI Fridays for four years and got to know her very well. She
excelled at many job skills and became a leader within her time at the company.

Sarah and I met at her first interview with the company and her energy and enthusiasm caught
my attention. After she began her position with TGI Fridays she began showing leadership
qualities with her peers and was promoted to Shift Leader. This promotion involved Sarah
taking a proactive role to help guide and assist her coworkers along with making sure
customer’s needs were all fulfilled.

On a personal level I know that Sarah is very goal oriented and focused on her future. She left
TGI Fridays to go to school fulltime and pursue her dreams. She has such a great attitude that
positively affects all of the people around her. I would recommend her in the future since she is
a responsible, reliable, enthusiastic, and strong leader.

        Consumer Behavior Article
The iPhone 5 is not new to the news these days, with its launch just a few short weeks ago it’s all the
buzz. If you haven’t heard about the iPhone 5 or seen the media craze over the new gadget you may have been
living on the moon. Consumers are going crazy for the newest mobile products and jumped out of the gate with a
strong 5 million units sold in the first weekend according to Apple. In the article “iPhone 5 Sells five million over the
Opening Weekend” by Chris Knight of CMS Wire the Apple iPhone 5 is planning on making its debut in China very
soon where sales are expected to soar to top off the ridiculous turnout it already has had.
In the article featured by CMS Wire newsletter the iPhone 5 isn’t the only upgrade Apple has recently
launched. They also provided current iPhone users to upgrade their system to the IOS 6 which didn’t come without
faults. It was stated that many users who upgraded had noticed some problems that occurred most popular being a
bug with the Maps app. Apple responded by going into lockdown to work out the system immediately. The company
reported that over 100 million upgrades have been done and they expect that this will keep iPhone users who are
unable or unwilling to upgrade to the iPhone 5 happy and on team Apple.
The ultra competitive mobile device market is always on the cutting edge of technology it is hard to keep up
with the newest items. Apple is a clear front runner in this market and continues to innovate. They released in the
article some of the next big items that are going to be released which from a marketing stand point is genius to get
the buzz started now. The anticipation of the Apples next release which includes the iPad mini, new iTunes, and the
iPod range will be coming soon with the iPad mini being released this October. The whirlwind of iPhone 5 buyers will
still be red hot and most likely on board to upgrade their iPad’s too.
With Apple dominating the mobile phone market you could understand why so many consumers are on edge
for the newest and best thing they can buy. Personally I am not an iPhone user but definitely feel the grasp that
Apple has on the market. People become emotionally involved or attached to their most used personally technology
and since Apple is a highly respected trademark brand people can trust the product they are purchasing. Referring to
how consumers value certain items the iPhone 5 can be described as Utilitarian valued, for the fact that consumers
use this product to solve a problem or accomplish and important task. A mobile phone is second nature in our world
today, who knows what technology with be released next but one thing is for sure it will never stop growing.
