FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY
I have experience in customer service as of now working for Comcast as a Billing Specialist.CAE helping
customers with their concerns about the bills and services they have with Comcast. My main role is to handle
each call and help resolve issues for the customer, answer any questions about the bill, prorates, payment
arrangements as well as try to up sell the customer on their services.
I work in a call center environment where the focus is customer based taking calls and moving onto the next
one efficiently and smoothly. I average 8 hours a day doing this, collaborating with other coworkers and my
manager. Attending staff meetings, keeping abreast of new products and services as well as the business
trend. . I also have a past experience working in different hospitals, from Concord Hospital in Communications
in the role of NEC switchboard, answering calls, calling codes and working with security, to the Ring Medical
Answering Service, taking calls for the physicians and doctor's offices, scheduling appointments and paging
if needed, to mail clerk duties of distributing the mail to the different departments in the hospital as well as
processing and sorting the mail, message center and taking payments for patient accounts.
I also worked at St, Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH as an outpatient receptionist doing lab order entry,
diagnostics imaging of ordering tests such as Cat Scans, MRI's, and admitting as well. I feel I have a variety of
skills that would be helpful enjoy helping the public and it's always been my vocation to be there for the patient
or the customer. I feel that I possess the skills for this current role that you are looking to hire and would like
the opportunity to interview for this.
