Listening and understanding was a key factor in this position.I had to learn what happened in the incidentand

I was at the front desk where I took orders from currentand new clients.I helped incoming customers with
finding the rightproduct for what they were looking for. This could range from their boat to their family car

Being one of the only women in the work place I learned a lot abouthow different men and women are in the
work place and with customers as well.I was able to add a bit of softness to an otherwise rough atmosphere
and still able to keep and close deals with a women's touch.
Skills Used
I was able to take down multiple orders from customers and prepare the orders and sometimes even deliver if
need be. I took care of the invoices from the day before so that we could keep the different orders in place and
keep up with tabs.I learned how to mix different paints in a timelymanner for the customer’s specific order.
My specialtywas definitely making sure the customer had a smile on their face every time an item was sold.
