o Interacted with guests all day long helping make their day as magical as possible. Making sure they
received their food and pointed them in the right direction from there. Everything had to be kept
stocked for what we needed throughout the day. Maintained a clean and tidy area for our guests.
Constantly making conversation with the guests so their wait seemed shorter.
Outback: February 2014-May 2014 Bob Evans: January 2013-December2013
 Server
o Customer satisfaction was my main duty in working at Outback as well as Bob Evans. I
would serve 5-6 tables at a time, keeping their beverages full, and make sure everyone’s
meal was prepared correctly. I was responsible for having my own bank and keeping the
customers receipts and money in order for the end of the night check out. I maintained a
positive attitude and interacted with the guest to keep them happy and coming back.

I have made the dean’s list multiple years while I have been enrolled making this my senior year. My
major is business administration with a concentration in marketing. My goal after I graduate is to obtain a
marketing career where I am able to travel the world.
Skills
I have excellent communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (for Windows &
Mac),the confidence to clearly communicate, strong organizational and prioritizing skills, highly creative,
proactive, and solution oriented. I have a drive to succeed and work well with others in a group. I have
outstanding work ethic, and problem-solving skills.
