I worked the truck, put out stock, performed markups, markdowns, set displays, and I

position. I was in charge of customer service, receiving, transfers, POS system, stocking,
making the schedule, markdowns, markups, and paperwork. I hired, trained, and fired
employees.
I have over twenty years experience in retail. Before Evergreen I worked at Sears, at the
Fort Henry Mall. I worked there from December 2005 until June 2008. I started out as a
part time employee and worked my way to Instore Support Lead. I was in charge of a
team, consisting of four to eight people. We worked the ads twice a week, setting up the
signs and we did markdowns, markups, and displays. I was in charge of the schedule,
hiring, training, and firing of my team. I had to leave that position because Sears
eliminated the position nationwide. I also worked at the Leggs, Hanes, Bali, Outlet store
in Blountville for several years as the Assistant Manager. I worked at a couple of other
chain stores, like Brooks Fashions (now closed) where I started as a part time employee
and worked my way up to management. I also worked at Fines Mens Store as an
