Analyst IT Technical (2013-2015)
Provided first and second tier support for issues dealing with user account conflicts within
Windows, Linux and UNIX operating systems. This included creating the individual user
accounts as well as trouble shooting and repairing conflicts (password resets, updating security
group access). Tools used included Identity and Access Management software, Active Roles
Server, Remedy, and Service Now.
Created Windows Service Accounts, Windows Security Groups, Windows File Shares,
