The document outlines a student project to develop a solar-powered sea weather and pollution transmitter buoy. The buoy would measure sea weather parameters like temperature, humidity and pressure, as well as pollution levels. Sensors would transmit the collected data via RF to a receiver. If values exceed thresholds, an alert would notify via buzzer or SMS. The project aims to track sea weather and pollution, transmit sensor data, and alert of hazards to prevent threats to lives and property. Developing such a buoy could provide sea weather reports, reduce pollution, and update on temperature, pH and humidity levels in coastal areas.

5. Problem identification
Sea weather is highly unpredictable and changes drastically.
Sea pollution is a growing issue of concern.
Unavailability of cellular or other data networks in sea.
Costal area have many hazards that can threaten lives and property.
Lack of information on sea water pollution.
6. Abstract
Sea weather is highly unpredictable and changes drastically.
A solar panel is used to generate its own power and keep working
in sea.
PH sensor is used to measure PH level of the water, temperature
and humidity of water.
BMP180 barometric pressure sensor is used for pressure and
altitude of the location.
GSM module sends the SMS if there is any abnormal condition.
RF receiver with a antenna is used to receive data, display and
buzzer alert in order to notify.
