My presentation includes one of
the famous contributor
Manubhai Gathiyawala.
According to me he is one of
best contributor of Bhavnagar.
3. Manubhai is an entrepreneur
since 1990, when Nilesh Farsan
house came into existence. He
believes in hard work and has a
firm of his own he does many
useful work to the society and
contributes it in one and the
other way.
4. He recently received a quality
excellence award by
‘QUALITY BRANDS INDIA’.
He received this award first in 2011
and the nest one in 2014.
5. we are very grateful to
professor ‘s that we got such a
task to interact with the
contributors around us there by
knowing them thoroughly.
My interaction with Manubhai

Hello Manubhai I come from
Government engineering college
Bhavnagar, I have got a task to interact
with the contributor and know about
them. Can I take your 10 minutes
precious time?
Manubhai:
I am very grateful to you that you chose
me for this purpose, and too happy that
you believe that a Gathiyawala is also a
contributor.

Sir how many years of experience you
have?
Manubhai:
I started my firm in 1990 with the name
of my elder son Nilesh as: “Nilesh Farsan
House”, and I have to about 24 years of
experience in this field.

That is just amazing sir! Can I know a success behind story.
Manubhai:
ya I would loved too. My wife is a continues supporter for me since I
started my firm. I lost my hand in an accident and was totally broken
and depressed but she was with me day and night and supported the
family. She used to work at home as well as use to maintain the
accounts at work. She was an inspiration for me. I grant my success in
her name.

I smiled a bit and said “women behind the success”. I added that
since you are successful how do you take your work.
Manubhai:
He replied that I concern it as an a new era thorough which I
have to work hard up to the target level.
Me:
According to you, what is a job satisfaction..?

(b) Internal satisfaction
(c) (a) & (b) Both.
Manubhai:
According to me both because I run a firm to get a pleasure
because I love serving food and upon that I should also be
concern with the profits because I have to serve my family and
their needs.

Can you give me any example of your personal experience in
which you demonstrate “you can do” attitude and “overcome the
“Fear of Failure”?
Manubhai: ya the time arrived before 17 years and 4 months
ago when I lost my hand I wanted to close my firm but due to the
effectiveness of my wife and the confidence that she developed in
me was phenomenal and I took decision to run the firm.
Me:
Sir what is your annual production?
Manubhai:
I produce to about 900 kg of farsan per day
11. Me:
What is your short term vision? And what is your Long term
Vision?
Manubhai:
My short term vision is to serve the best quality of my products ,
and my long term vision is to serve my gathiyas in international
market and make a day where every morning people would eat
gathiya and remember the power of Gujju.

Sir, what is your Contribution to organization and
how do you relate it to society?
Manubhai:
I worked hard since I brought up the level of market in
the fabulous manner. I employ the people and there
by satisfy their needs.
I have a quality engineers who continuously
manipulate the quality and there by I believe in giving
quality food to people.
My gathiyas are exported to various cities such as
Vadodara, Surat, Ahmadabad, Mumbai, Nasik and
many more, so due to my quality level I got the
support from the cities.
