o The TATA Bump-Stopper was tested for 700Kg load
o Load-Displacement curve is deduced
o Results were validated with experimental results
Project 2. Analysis of AMW Torque Rod

o Meshing and Solving structure strength by using Hypermesh and Abaqus
o Static analysis was carried out to calculate Von-Mises stress distribution
of Torque rod
o Modeling was carried out in Catia V5 as per the customers’ requirements

 Extracted elastic properties of Aluminum by performing tensile test experiment
 Performed forced vibration experiments on GFRP composite plates using modal shaker

ABAQUS.
 Extracted frequencies of vibration of aluminum plate using Galerkin projection method using
