ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Simulation of Beam Static Analysis model and Q4 element model Using Finite Element Methods
The Aim of this project was to create a simulated Model in MATLAB to analyze the behavior of Beam in
static loading such as Point load, Uniformly Distributed Load, Ramp Load to calculate Stress, Strain
Displacement.
The another Model simulated in this project was a plane stress model of a plate by dividing it in finite
number of Q4 elements to analyses the each element for Stress, Strain and Displacement.
Design and Development of Floating Shaft Arrangement and Gear Box
The aim was to design a new three stage gear box to handle increased motor capacity of UNCOILER
mechanism and provide a floating shaft arrangement between gear box and motor
Creo Parametric was used to create a 3D model of the Design and ANSYS was used for analysis various
parameterssuchasDisplacement afterStatic Loading and operational Torque and Thermal Stress,Principal
Stress and Strain.
A practical model of Multipurpose Autonomous Robot
The Project included the development and assembly of Multipurpose Robot and a Destructive Robot for
Different kinds of completions like LINE FOLLOWER, ROBO WARS, etc.
The Autonomous robot (Multipurpose Robot) using AREDINO board ATMEGA 8/360 driver ICs
Programing was done embed C.
