components
Finite Element Modelling of all the parts, defined contacts, prepared input macro for ANSYS
solver and carried analysis in ansys classic and prepared the detailed report on the obtained
results.

Description: The scope of the project is complete FE modelling of Drive End Frame head on traction
motor to check the deformation and stresses on the frame head ribs. Execute the structural response
of the body and made a detailed report on obtained results.
2) Finite Element Modelling and Analysis of Compressor Motor Stator frame
Position: ANALYSIS ENGINEER
Environment: HYPERMESH , ANSYS CLASSIC (16.0) & HYPERVIEW
Description: Create the FE modelling & analysis of stator frame on compressor motor to check the
deformation and stresses under various loading conditions. Execute the structural response of the
body and made a detailed report on obtained results.
3) Finite Element Modelling and Analysis of rad fan blade
Position: ANALYSIS ENGINEER
Environment: HYPERMESH , ANSYS CLASSIC (16.0) & HYPERVIEW
Description: Build the Finite Element model & run the harmonic analysis on Radiator fan blade to
correlate the amplitude with the field test data obtained using strain gauges. Form a detailed report on
obtained results.
4) Engineering design on Rotor lock

Design improvisation on the existing rotor lock by preventing the false brinelling on bearing &
prevents the hard stop on speed sensor gear.

Identify the solution for the cracks & oil leakage on the lifting lug area
