estimation of equipment, manpower, plant installation /commissioning activities planning)
- Preparation of inquiry specification, technical bid evaluation, post order follow up, witness of
workshop & site acceptance test for various types of rotating and package equipment.
- Preparation of procedure for installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning assistance on
various types of rotating equipment.
- Participate in planning and implementation of changes in plant or projects as required.
- Experience on complete life cycle of various type of rotating equipment used in power plants,
oil / gas petrochemical plants starting from feed thru major overhauling.
- Capable to handle different role on need basis like, representative of client, part of PMC team,
representing the EPC company .Strong customer relationship and coordination skills.
- Package and rotating mechanical equipment, construction, installation, commissioning, start-
up, handover, operations and maintenance support and machine troubleshooting.
- Supervision and execution of mechanical installation/commissioning and handing over.
- Manage the claims of end user during the warranty period of EPC projects. Create, coordinate,
implement action plan with the project management team, vendors and end user.
- Project close out activities at the end of an EPC project.
. SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Experienced mechanical engineer, over 19 years of diverse engineering experience. Includes
field supervision during installation and commissioning projects. Project engineering role while
working as a mechanical lead for power plant (EPC) projects. Over 10 years of experience in
maintenance, turnarounds, troubleshooting, installation / commissioning of plant equipment and
piping systems including the supervision of min.20 trade people and engineers. I had worked on
a number of field durability issues for OG& C, power EPC projects.

. EXPERIENCE
Bosen CCPP Power Plant - 146 MW 2 Unit CCPP Power Plant (2000 – 2007)
I was having a coordinator role during the installation and commissioning stages of the
investment project. Following up the construction and commissioning activities, reporting to the
project management was the part of my role. Also implementing action plans (material and
manpower) with the project management team at each phase of the project. Implementing the
changes of plant in order to meet the estimates and to keep the activities within the budget was
one of my roles. Besides I was providing a link between project management team and the end
user management during the execution phase.
Initial startup and operation coordination was under my responsibility for the combine cycle
power plant formed by General Electric LM6000, Aalborg HRSG, Siemens ST3–C steam turbine
and related BOP equipment.
