1- KARAMA Primary Refining Crude Station (BAPETCO) - May 2012 to Present.
Extension of existing facilities to accommodate the new production adding heat exchangers, two
furnaces, air compressor, closed and open drain systems, separators, flare system, fire fitting
system, tanks, heat insulation, fire proofing and steel structures.
 Acting as senior quantity surveyor Engineer.
 Preparing Material Take-Off, and material requisition.
 Preparing material requisition, technical evaluations, liaise with procurement and client material team to
ensure that material and equipment delivery according to the schedule time.
 Carry out site surveys of all mechanical services (piping, painting, thermal insulations, GRE network, steel

ensure that material and equipment delivery according to the schedule time.
 Act as key liaison with engineers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve desired results within

 Carry out site surveys and daily reporting of all activates (stringing, welding, lowering, coating, brush
cleaning, hydro-test, initial backfilling, final backfilling, boring and HDD of River Nile and valve rooms.

3- DAHSHOUR COMPRESSION STATION (GASCO) – Jan, 2010 to Feb, 2011.

pipeline 36" Reducing to 8" along 700 km. Four main compressors, steam turbines, auxiliary
turbines, vessels, tanks, steel structure, piping, heat insulation, heat treatment, flare,4 coolers, and
fire fitting system.

 Preparing Material Take-Off, and material requisition.

 Supervise of stringing, welding, lowering, coating, brush cleaning and hydro-test.
 Supervise of Fabrication, installation, and erection of valve rooms according to isometric drawings.

5-Petro Gas Assiut (Petro Gas) - Jan, 2009 to Apr, 2009.
