1. AI Wrapper for
Salesforce Apps
Real-time customer insights for effective targeting and personalization
2. What is Babelfish AI Wrapper for Salesforce?
Why is it necessary?
Babelfish AI Wrapper is a knowledge-graph based analytics engine that helps in
automating business analytics. It can be wrapped around existing structured and
unstructured data sources to automate and enable self serve analytics. Babelfish AI
Wrapper for Salesforce is designed to run self-serve analytics over existing Salesforce
data.
Babelfish-Salesforce wrapper is a plug and play layer that can seamlessly connect with
Salesforce data to learn and deliver business insights. The graph works in the background
to deliver better context, accuracy and speed. Better context and accuracy increases
customer engagement outcomes, while speed reduces time and cost to generate
contextual real-time insights.
3. About Babelfish AI
The platform uses 3 Key AI Components which are seamlessly integrated to deliver

and recommendations.
Knowledge Graph
Babelfish uses a
proprietary Knowledge
Graph, with explicit nodes
that map directly to your
application columns.

Overview
9. Creating Relationship Hierarchy
We created a relationship
hierarchy to understand
relationships between data
parameters available in different
tables of SF Sales CRM.
This is useful in defining the
learning layers and declare the
relationships explicitly
10. Creating a Graph using SF data
Using the relationship hierarchy, we created a standalone graph for SF Sales CRM
11. Fusing SF Graph to Babelfish Graph
Using the SNF function, we fused the nodes of the graphs based on similar topics
of the knowledge network
Graph for Salesforce CRM Babelfish Graph
The arrows depicts main nodes that fuse due to topic similarity. The fusing nodes are Contact (Customer),
Product (Product), Price(Price) and Campaigns (OnGround Sales)
12. Extending the Graph
After fusing Salesforce CRM, we can connect to other systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
Salesforce Commerce and other unstructured customer data sources, in order to create a single
customer data store for effective multidimensional analysis, behavior predictions and product
recommendations
