Smithy Ruby is an implementation of Smithy that generates a Ruby SDK using a Smithy model. Google sheet integration is an application for the bulk creation of records in different objects. Users can
use it to insert and update records in different objects in salesforce. It is a very simple process in which
users just need to copy/paste the Google Sheet link and then click on the Sync button.
There is a two-way data flow, i.e,, Record of Account, Contact, and
Initiative in sheet will be created in Salesforce and New Record of
Account, Contact, and Initiative created on salesforce will be auto-populate
on Google Sheet.
5. STEP 1 - First enter all the Fields Labels in Google Sheet.
For example- let’s take account object, So in this case, first we will need to enter all
account fields into the sheet.

6. STEP 2 - Login as an admin and click on the Configuration page.

7. ● STEP 3 - Click on Field Mapping tab and Select Account sheet from the
picklist.
● STEP 4 - All the fields from a sheet which the user has entered earlier will
be displayed here.

8. ● STEP 5 - Now the user needs to map each Google Sheet field with Salesforce
field and then click on save.
● STEP 6 -Click on Google data sync tab, select Account in Object name
picklist field, and paste google sheet link in the field.
● STEP 7 - Click on the Sync Google Data button.

ALL RECORD PRESENT IN ACCOUNT SHEET WILL BE CREATED ON SALESFORCE
AND RECORD ID WILL BE POPULATED ON THE GOOGLE SHEET.

Integrated Google

Updated the record
from Salesforce to
Google Sheet and vice
versa.
Integration also
provides a tab to
establish a field
mapping between the
Salesforce fields and
Google sheet Header.
We can also select
different objects and
different sheets to
establish the sync.
