2. INTRODUCTION-
The wheel loader is also known as a front loader. It is most
important equipement in civil engineering.
The first wheel loader was invented by Volvo construction
equipment in 1954, it was called H10.
A wheel loader is a heavy equipment machine used in construction
To move aside or load materials such as dirt, feed, gravel, logs, raw
materials, rock, sand, etc.

3. Wheel loader definition:
-The wheel loader is the self propelled heavy equipement used in many
industries. The wheel loader robust constitutuion, particularly his big front and
real wheels, make him suitable for pushing, lifting and loading earth, sand,
snow and other heavy material or object. With excavator, the wheel loader is
one of the major heavy equipement icons.
-The wheel loader is very versatile equipement, often used in the following
industries: construction, snow removal, handling, mining, and quarry, foresty
and recycling.
-The wheel loader come in many sizes, from a mini-loader with small car
dimension; up to the huge building size mining loader.

4. What does a wheel loader do:-
-Wheel loaders are four-wheel-drive earthmoving machines used preliminary to
load loose materials with a front-mounted bucket.
-A lift-arm assembly raises and lowers the bucket.
-Most wheel loader manufactures classify their product lineup into four categories
with these approximate power and bucket-capacity specifications: comact (40-
100HP), small (115-180HP), medium (230-400HP), large (1800 or moreHP).

6. ADVANTAGES:
1. Simple and easier to implement
2. The wheel loader has fast walking speed, short working cycle
time.
3. It has a high loading efficiency.
4. The dead weight of the wheel loader is realatively light.
5. The wheel loader is easier to operate than the excavator,
which can shorten the training time for the driver.
DISADVANTAGES:
1. The wheel loader, especially the mini loader or small wheel
loader has a weak digging capacity.
2. Compared with the excavator, the working mechanism of the
wheel loader is smaller in size; Due to the limitation of safety
condition, it is not suitable to higher hight.
3. The loader tires wear faster, shorter service life.
