 Co-ordinate with the manager, instructing the juniors about departmental operation and Customer Service
 Assist customers with their requirements, if not available suggesting the alternate one
 Apply ideas to grow the sale
 Prepare the weekly sales and stock report and explain to the manager
 Keep the inventory updated
 Ensuring if the floor standard is maintained
 Interacting with customer complains within the department
 Preparing duty roster for the department staff
 Reporting to the manager about ideas, plan, sale, stock and requirements.
 Ability to working under pressor.
