SAP Project Management for Renault F1 Project:
Successfully managed Renault Formula-1 SAP Implementation & Development Project using multi-
country-onsite/offshore/CoEmodel – delivery managed effectively across France, UK and India (Chennai
& Noida) – all critical development Work Packages performed offshore with expertise from SAP Centre of
Excellence – several complex Work Packages successfully completed in parallel. Modules implemented:

EPCOS was one of the largest global organizations involved in the manufacture of electronic components
and parts. We implemented a single SAP system (SAP R/3-APO) for EPCOS across the globe, for more
than 10 manufacturing units and more than 60 sales offices/warehouses – app. 10 M GBP. After
implementation and rollout in Singapore and Germany, I was involved in supporting more than 200 global
users from our ODC in Pune.
Effectively introduced, designed and implemented ITSM delivery model for our global ODC, and
successfully formed individual teams to take care of L1, L2, L3 and L4 calls with SLAs. Successfully met
all SLAs and obtained appreciation from client managers on several occasions.
