EPCOS was one of the largest global organizations involved in the manufacture of electronic components
and parts. We implemented a single SAP system (SAP R/3-APO) for EPCOS across the globe, for more
than 10 manufacturing units and more than 60 sales offices/warehouses – app. 10 M GBP. After
implementation and rollout in Singapore and Germany, I was involved in supporting more than 200 global
users from our ODC in Pune.
Effectively introduced, designed and implemented ITSM delivery model for our global ODC, and
