Denmark. Some his responsibilities include.
The Major development of this project is Finance posting. I did develop one RFC FM which
call from BizTalk (Middleware) and pass the parameters. The FM module will generate IDoc
FIDCCP02 with message variant PRE. Another FM developed to post only IDoc FIDCCP02 with
message variant PRE. The posting FM has consist logic of BDC of t-code F-65.
Develop an ALV Grid report, required that list all posting to certain account that is used for
trading energy. The report must f ind all documents with posting at the specified G/L
accounts with the following selects criteria (Company code, year, posting period, document
type, vendor country) .
Develop an outbound interface program which extracts financial data from SAP and send it to
BizTalk in the form of IDoc format. The report will have the data selected from the selection
screen and then it will generate the Outbound IDoc. If there will be any error in selecting
the data from table or any other errors then appropriate error message needs to be
displayed in Job log. The error log report can be a simple ALV or a simple list.
Conversion has been done through LSMW and BDC.

the specific format. This report will fetch all the records based on the order reason 106 i.e.
Free Replacement warranty with all the necessary details such as customer PO no.,
Ship_to_party, Po no., sales document no., date, division, sold_to_party, address, material,
quantity, scheduline date, total price.
Develop the BDC to upload the Vendor Master Data from legacy file to R/3 system
through Call Transaction method.
SAP Script: Develop the SAP Script to create the Mail Merge document of Vendor
data, Modified the existing SAP Script of Invoice for printing.

SAP was originally implemented by IBM. They are on 4.6B SAP and Oracle. They have a office on
Mathura road and we were working out of that office as part of a 5 member team of 3 abapers and
requirements come now occasionally and we get involved only on need basis.

I was involved in programming of reports on and SD and MM module around sales, invoice
and quotation. This involved working with functional consultants as well users to get
clarification on functional specifications. I set up test data testing of programs and writing
test scripts.
I was also involved in production support and my responsibilities included first level triaging
