Title: Visa Europe (Integration reimplementation and upgrade opportunity) Jul 2015 ongoing
Description: The scope of the project for OSSI was to help VISA Europe upgrade their existing Hyperion
systems deployed in Version 9.3.3 to the latest 11.1.2.4 Version deployed in OMCS environment. OSSI
will be re-implementing the master data management process flow using DRM and Planning Utilities to
replace the existing process flow using DRM and Hyperion Application Link. OSSI will be responsible for
the re-implementation of Data Load and Metadata Load processes for Essbase cubes integrated to
various VISA Europe Source Systems using FDMEE Interfaces and Jython Scripts respectively.

Title: PBCS implementation for Bukhatir July 2015
Description: The project was about an Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS) solution be
implemented to replace the current manual and spreadsheet-based system used to support the financial
budgeting and forecasting needs of Bukhatir Group.
Title: PBCS implementation for Bournemouth Borough Council Jan 2015
Description: High level requirement to replace the current manual & spreadsheet-based system with

Centre's sitting beneath. Activities: Initial Allocation, 3 Year Corporate Plan, Budget, Flexed Budget,

Title: PBCS Pre-sales marketing strategy for Oracle 2014 Ongoing
Description: The Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service Rapid Implementation Pack was designed
for customers who want to get up and running with PBCS quickly. This package comes with a pre-defined
scope and is typically relevant for customers who do not have complex planning process, and are inclined
to adopt standard functionality and processes.
Title: RBS (Support project) Jan-2012 till 2014
Description: The scope of project was to provide 24*7 supports for P1, P2 & P3 tickets raised for
Hyperion modules from offshore. It is a multi-module deal with all major components like HFM, FDM,
Essbase, DRM, Reports and infrastructure related queries since it has a huge infrastructure set-up @ RBS
comprising of 13 to 15 separate instances with modules distributed across them. Daily activities include
Creation of Rooster plan per shift, validation of resolution closure for each ticket on time by team to
control escalations. Attending weekly and Project related discussion calls along with other consultants to
execute this support successfully from offshore. Team size: 34
Title: SABMILLER (Upgrade opportunity) Jul 2014
Description: The scope of the project was to upgrade their Hyperion Essbase, planning, HFM, FDM,
ODI, HPCM with EPMA deployment 11.1.1.3 to Hyperion System version 11.1.2.3 along with SQL to
oracle migration. Attended weekly and Project related discussion calls along with other consultants to
execute this upgrade and to opinionate the progress of project , provide technical & business inputs as an
when required.

Description: Bank Albilad is a Saudi joint stock company, established vide Royal Decree 48/M on
21/9/1425H (corresponding to 4 November 2004) with a corporate capital of 3,000,000,000 Saudi Riyals.
Bank Albilad wanted to expand all over Saudi cities & regions in addition to providing women's branches
and banking services centers. Bank Albilad provides all banking products and services on all levels and
segments. They wanted to implement a solution for Planning & Performance Scorecard Reporting along
with reports generated for various purposes.

5. Description: PMS is one of the world’s largest Hyperion Balanced Score Card implementation. PMS was
implemented to provide a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework to allow cascading of corporate
objectives and goals down to an individual employee level. The PMS should provide a scorecard for each
and every employee that will be accessible either online or delivered as static reports such as PDF reports
through e-mail.
Title: Rometelecom (Romania) (April 2008 to July 2008) Onsite
Description: Rometelecom is Telecommunication Company. They wanted to improve their processing on
Closing time and Planning, Consequently Reporting improvements. To achieve same they are in the
process of deploying Essbase/HFM/Hyperion Planning and other suites of products such as ODI /BPMA
and so on. The scope of the project was to automate the Planning and Budgeting process. Played an
important role in understanding the business requirement, designing the Application Lay-Out and
understand Business Rules. Designed and Create Planning Application Layout and Multi-Dimensional
Outline for Planning Application.
