As an experienced SAP Basis Consultant for almost 10 years, I have successfully implemented End-to-end
SAP full cycle implementation projects in the Philippines, Qatar and Singapore. I have supported local and
overseas customers on Application Managed Services across the globe (Asia Pacific & Japan, Europe Middle
East & Africa, and Americas). Being trained in SAP America to be part of SAP Hosting Offshore team in Manila,
I’ve been given the chance to get in-depth exposure to SAP Basis administration in different Operating

Advisory IT Specialist
Joining IBM as a senior SAP Basis consultant proposed a lot of challenge. Initially joined the project
implementation team where SAP migrations, upgrades and refreshes are some of the co20on tasks. Being
one of the youngest senior SAP Basis consultants in the team added a lot of pressure to meet up
expectations from the management and the client as well. Having worked with consultants with experiences
ranging from 10 to 20 years of SAP experience, gave me the opportunity to obtain not just the technical skills
but the strategy on how to be up-to-date with the current technologies and solutions that SAP is offering.
After spending two years in project implementation team, I moved to another role within the same account.
Moving from Project Implementation to Support gave me the chance to mentor fellow SAP Basis consultants,
allowing team technical skills to mature and develop. Contributing to Competency Development by
