handling the complaints and satisfying the customer to ensure a return visit. Along with this
I did the hiring, food orders, invoices and emailing different accounts and people in a
orderly fashion. I maintained a crew anywhere from 6-15 people. Making sure they and all
others under my supervision were upholding the Sbarro way. I also prepared all food and
baked, handled cashier, server and took care of banking as well as safe counts.

My first priority in this position was to run the front operations of the store while my
General Manager handle other duties. My job in the front consisted of placing crew
members in their appropriate places to ensure fast and friendly customer service. I also did
cashier, as well as handling customers through drive thru. I was also entrusted with
following time codes for food products and hand washing procedures. I handle safe counts,
bank runs, and most important making sure every customer left satisfied and impressed
with the service my crew and I provided.

As a crew member at McDonalds I performed cashier as my primary job. This consisting of
taking orders, cashing out customer orders. Bagging their food and delivering it in a fast,
friendly way. I maintained a clean work area as well as our stores lobby. Most importantly
greeting and taking customer orders with a smile.

I recently just graduated cum lauda from Macomb and obtained as associates of arts degree
to move on further towards me career goals.

I currently just finished my Nurse Assistant program to receive my certification as a CNA.
My next step is to take the state test and obtain a license.
CENTRAL MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY, CURRENTLY
I am currently enrolled in Central Michigan’s Global university’s online program and am
taking classes to obtain my Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology.
COMMUNICATION When it comes to communicating I excel. I have been thoroughly trained in
communication and customer service while in training through
McDonalds. Following through onto Sbarro. I have also taken speech and
communication classes while in college as part of degree requirements.
LEADERSHIP As a high school senior I was in Business Professionals of America and
went to regionals and eventually made it to state finals. I also excel in
leadership roles very well. I can take instruction from others but can also
lead a team. I went from being a crew person at McDonalds to a Swing
Manager. Then at Sbarro went from a Shift Manager to Co-Manager and
then to Assistant General Manager. I was also offered store manager before
I left the company.
