Current- United States Postal Service. My job title with company is CCA (City
Carrier Assistant). I've been with the company since 11/15/13 - 1/15/14 my first
position with the company was a Christmas causal. I worked at the Bulk Mail
Processing Center NDC Memphis Tn. My job in that position was moving mail,
shipping parcels, loading and unloading trucks. I came back to the postal service
as a CCA mail carrier (11/01/14). My duties daily as a letter carrier are to deliver
the mail and packages to my entire customer. Making sure that they get there
mail and packages in a timely manner. Also answer any question they may have
about their mail or packages.
2. McDonalds (April 1, 2014- October 26, 2014) 6690 Poplar 901-754-0132. The
position I held with the company was a Shift Manager. My duties with the
company was running a production, make sure my customers receive fast and
friendly service. Also making sure the company product meets the customer
quality.
3. Luxottica Optical (Temp.2009-2010) Memphis, TN
My position with the company was AR Inspector.
I received optical lenses into anti- reflective and process maps them for various
operations during AR coating. Cleaned and inspected optical lenses and load them
into clean line baskets using a prescribed tracking system. Sorted processed
lenses into original tray and maintain all documentation to tracks lenses. Maintain
records of all outgoing shipments and all other additional paper work. Also made

I worked for the company for 7 years and in that time frame I held several
positions. My first 4 years I worked as a cashier on the on the Front-End. From
there I worked for 2 1/2 years as a CSM (Customer Service Manager). My job was
to manage the Front- End along with other customer service managers. Also
manage the other departments in the store, by solving in problems if a CSM was
called. Making sure that I ran a smooth front- end. Making the customer where
taking care of, keeping my lines down resolving any issues that came about. I also
was in charge dropping money and pulling money. Pulling registers counting them
after cashiers where done with their shifts. Resetting the register for the next
day/ overnight shifts. My last year with Wal- mart I worked in the Pharmacy. As a
pharmacy associate my duties where to make the customer receive the correct
medication at pickup. Also answer calls for the pharmacist and pharmacy
technician. Also answering any question the customer may have had before
directing over to the pharmacist.

My position with the company is “Team lead”. My job description maintains
production and make sure the crew member are getting the product out in a
timely matter. I’m lead between 12-16 people in our mod. I also fill in for pickers
and packers if required of me when under staff.
