The De NoVo Class 5 Fusion has a comprehensive and easy to
use interface allows the administrator to log on and manage
customer accounts via the Web.
Account Owner UI
With the De NoVo Class 5 Fusion, administrators can easily set up
and manage company accounts, SIP accounts, enabling their
clients to connect using an IP phone and any SIP devices.
Account User UI
The administrator can provide an interface to end-users to be
able to manage their accounts online.De NoVo Class 5 Fusion
has a professional-designed end-user interface, enabling end
users to easily get their phone system set up and configured
within minutes.

Basic Class 5 Features
DeNovo Class 5 Fusion offers the full range of traditional PBX
features like Call Waiting, Call on Hold, Call Transfer, Call Park,
3-way Calling, Caller ID, Call Forwarding, Do-Not-Disturb,
Redial, Speed Dial, 911 Emergency Service, 411 Directory
Assistance, Caller ID Block, and more.
Advanced PBX Features
In addition, DeNovo Class 5 Fusion also offers a
number of advanced features including Voice-to-Email,
Fax-to-Email, Distinctive Ring, Selective Call Forward,
Selective Call Rejection, Virtual Ring, etc.
Voicemail with Email Delivery
DeNovo Class 5 Fusion offers complete voicemail functionality
that can be accessed via phone or web. DeNovo Class 5 Fusion
also supports email delivery, enabling subscribers to access their
voicemails via alternative communication methods. In particular,
DeNovo Class 5 Fusion can be configured to send email
notifications of received voicemails orto email voicemail
messages as audio attachments to subscribers.
Advanced Auto Attendant
DeNovo Class 5 Fusion features advanced auto
attendant, which allows flexible system responses
to user selections. The auto attendant is fully
configurable via an easy to use UI and supports a
large variety of responses including playing voice
prompts or sending to an external restful interface
for a computer generated response.
Professional IVR Creation
The DeNovo Class 5 Fusion comes with a professional real-time
text-to-voice conversion. From the web UI, subscribers can key
in the text and specify the language, then corresponding audio
file will be generated.
Follow-me
The Follow-me feature of DeNovo Class 5 Fusion
allows subscribers to receive calls at multiple numbers
specified. If a subscriber does not pick up at one
number, the system will ring onto a second or a third
number. If the call is not picked up within a certain time
period, DeNovo Class 5 Fusion will transfer
it to voicemail.
Conferencing
DeNovo Class 5 Fusion offers advanced conferencing
functionality enabling providers to bridge callers into a
conference. The system supports conference recording and
real-time conference administration via phone or web.
Music-on-Hold
DeNovo Class 5 Fusion provides customized
Music-on-Hold for callers who are waiting to be
picked up. The system provides a set of music for
selection and also let subscribers to upload their
own audio file.
Call Screening
The call-screening feature of DeNovo Class 5 Fusion allows
subscribers to control the handling of incoming calls. When
the feature is turned on, DeNovo Class 5 Fusion asks callers
for their names. This information is then sent to subscribers to
decide whether to take the calls or send them to voicemail.
Subscribers can also configure automatic redirect based on
the caller ID of the incoming calls.
