What is Job Shadowing
• Job shadowing is the practice of following a professional in their workplace
for a set period of time to observe their daily tasks, responsibilities, and work
environment. It allows individuals to gain firsthand experience and
knowledge about a specific career or industry they are interested in.
• Short-term experience method that allows the new joiner to gain exposure by
following an experienced worker and understand the day-to-day activities of
a particular role.
