For SY 2020-2021, the SHS Department was able to:
1. Conduct information dissemination to old and incoming Senior High
School (SHS) students through text, chat, other social media
platform and printed materials for our early enrolment & online
enrolment activities.
2. Tap barangay halls (Pahina Central, Sambag-1 and Ermita) and ask
them to post in their respective page the enrolment form and
LESF were made available to them.
3. Monitor the SHS enrolment responses everyday and submit the data
to the planning section of DepEd Cebu City Division.
7. ACCOMPLISHMENTS (Programs/Projects/Activities)
For SY 2020–2021, the SHS Department was able to:
4. Conduct SHS virtual orientation to parents, guardians and learners
on the learning delivery modality adapted by the school as well
as the mechanism in receiving and retrieving learning materials
including the orientation of the policies and programs of the
SHS department for school year 2020 – 2021.
5. Conduct an online orientation on the Psychological First Aid (PFA)
Modules to our SHS Parents and Learners to cope up with their
mental health well-being during this time of the pandemic.

For SY 2020–2021, the SHS Department was able to:
6. Reproduce worksheets/modules with a ratio of 1:1 for every SHS
learners; SHS teachers were also provided with printers.
7. Conduct sitio-based distribution of SLMs through the assistance
of Barangay Pahina Central officials and staff to SHS learners
8. Conduct Weekly Information Drive to different sitios in Barangay
Pahina Central on the conduct of distance learning implemented
by the school and SLM distribution and retrieval protocols.

alcohol, hand sanitizers, etc) for school personnel assigned during
SLM distribution and retrieval.
10. Posts in conspicuous places of the school the health and safety
protocols on COVID-19 and provide triage for learners and
parents visiting the school for various concerns and purposes.
