ACCOMPLISHMENTS (Programs/Projects/Activities)
For SY 2020-2021, the SHS Department was able to:
1. Conduct information dissemination to old and incoming Senior High
School (SHS) students through text, chat, other social media
platform and printed materials for our early enrolment & online
enrolment activities.
2. Tap barangay halls (Pahina Central, Sambag-1 and Ermita) and ask
them to post in their respective page the enrolment form and
LESF were made available to them.
3. Monitor the SHS enrolment responses everyday and submit the data
to the planning section of DepEd Cebu City Division.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS (Programs/Projects/Activities)
For SY 2020–2021, the SHS Department was able to:
4. Conduct SHS virtual orientation to parents, guardians and learners
on the learning delivery modality adapted by the school as well
as the mechanism in receiving and retrieving learning materials
including the orientation of the policies and programs of the
SHS department for school year 2020 – 2021.
5. Conduct an online orientation on the Psychological First Aid (PFA)
Modules to our SHS Parents and Learners to cope up with their
mental health well-being during this time of the pandemic.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS (Programs/Projects/Activities)
For SY 2020–2021, the SHS Department was able to:
6. Reproduce worksheets/modules with a ratio of 1:1 for every SHS
learners; SHS teachers were also provided with printers.
7. Conduct sitio-based distribution of SLMs through the assistance
of Barangay Pahina Central officials and staff to SHS learners
8. Conduct Weekly Information Drive to different sitios in Barangay
Pahina Central on the conduct of distance learning implemented
by the school and SLM distribution and retrieval protocols.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS (Programs/Projects/Activities)
For SY 2020 – 2021, the SHS Department was able to:
9. Purchase supplies against COVID-19 (face masks, thermal scanner,
alcohol, hand sanitizers, etc) for school personnel assigned during
SLM distribution and retrieval.
10. Posts in conspicuous places of the school the health and safety
protocols on COVID-19 and provide triage for learners and
parents visiting the school for various concerns and purposes.

SELF LEARNING MODULES (SLMs) PRINTING Production of IMs: SLM reproduction during the First Quarter was delayed especially the last modules of the quarter. Delayed printing of SLMs from the Division level due to Inadequate bondpapers Sent softcopies of the SLMs to the Learners with smart phones and Internet connection 1st Quarter School will print the SLMs on specialized subjects to allow prompt distribution of said modules to SHS learners 2. ANSWERING OF SELF LEARNING MODULES (SLMS) Students have difficulty answering the self learning modules especially on difficult subjects like Math and Science Some students do not have internet connection at home which can help them obtain ideas and information s through researching Teachers will conduct kumustahan sessions with students in order to provide inputs and give learning assistance to those who have difficulty in answering the self learning 1st & 2nd Quarters Limit written activities and additional activities for the students to do focusing only on essential competencies and key concepts that needs to be mastered by the students.

SUBMISSION & RETRIEVAL OF ANSWER SHEETS Majority of SHS Grade 11 students did not submit their answer sheets on the scheduled date of submission. Students have difficulty answering the modules; too many subjects offered this semester Teachers will constantly follow up on these learners through various means of communication or through home visitation 1st & 2nd Quarters Allow late submission of answer sheets and give enough time for students to answer the self learning modules 4. PARENTS & STUDENTS ATTITUDE TOWARDS DISTANT LEARNING APPROACH Non appearance of SHS learners during the scheduled module distribution and non submission of answer sheets Difficulty coping up with self learning approach with no other person providing assistance Advisers and subject teachers will conduct home visitation to find out the real situation of the learners and provide learning support to students 1st & 2nd Quarters Implementation of the academic ease proposed by the Department

STUDENTS FAILURE & DROP OUT RATE Some students are not anymore participating in the learning activities thus it may result to high failure and drop out rate of the school Some students and their families are experiencin g financial difficulties during the pandemic Teachers will constantly follow up on these learners through various means of communication or through home visitation 1st & 2nd Quarters Allow late submission of answer sheets and give enough time for students to answer the self learning modules 6. SHS WORK IMMERSION PROGRAM No physical or face to face activities for the work immersion program for Grade 12 students Risky and still dangerous for students to be deployed to the various immersion partners & establishme nts Conduct work immersion activities at home or at the nearest available workplace following strict health protocols to the immersees. 3rd Quarter Allow work immersion program to be held inside their homes with monitoring and corresponding documentation
  • 6. ACCOMPLISHMENTS (Programs/Projects/Activities) For SY 2020-2021, the SHS Department was able to: 1. Conduct information dissemination to old and incoming Senior High School (SHS) students through text, chat, other social media platform and printed materials for our early enrolment & online enrolment activities. 2. Tap barangay halls (Pahina Central, Sambag-1 and Ermita) and ask them to post in their respective page the enrolment form and LESF were made available to them. 3. Monitor the SHS enrolment responses everyday and submit the data to the planning section of DepEd Cebu City Division.
  • 7. ACCOMPLISHMENTS (Programs/Projects/Activities) For SY 2020–2021, the SHS Department was able to: 4. Conduct SHS virtual orientation to parents, guardians and learners on the learning delivery modality adapted by the school as well as the mechanism in receiving and retrieving learning materials including the orientation of the policies and programs of the SHS department for school year 2020 – 2021. 5. Conduct an online orientation on the Psychological First Aid (PFA) Modules to our SHS Parents and Learners to cope up with their mental health well-being during this time of the pandemic.
  • 8. ACCOMPLISHMENTS (Programs/Projects/Activities) For SY 2020–2021, the SHS Department was able to: 6. Reproduce worksheets/modules with a ratio of 1:1 for every SHS learners; SHS teachers were also provided with printers. 7. Conduct sitio-based distribution of SLMs through the assistance of Barangay Pahina Central officials and staff to SHS learners 8. Conduct Weekly Information Drive to different sitios in Barangay Pahina Central on the conduct of distance learning implemented by the school and SLM distribution and retrieval protocols.
  • 9. ACCOMPLISHMENTS (Programs/Projects/Activities) For SY 2020 – 2021, the SHS Department was able to: 9. Purchase supplies against COVID-19 (face masks, thermal scanner, alcohol, hand sanitizers, etc) for school personnel assigned during SLM distribution and retrieval. 10. Posts in conspicuous places of the school the health and safety protocols on COVID-19 and provide triage for learners and parents visiting the school for various concerns and purposes.
