Insurance Manager
Raiffeisen Leasing Kosovo
Duties and responsibilities:
• Ensures achievement of profitability of the company, cost efficiency and development as per Budget and
Strategic Company Goals
• Responsible for organizing and managing all the required tasks related to the sales and management of
policies including but not limited to: offer preparations, data collection, insurance risk analyses, client
relationship management, client meeting.
• Ensures that all insurance forms and documentation are correctly completed, required documentation is filed
(hard and soft copy) and that full and correct data is properly entered in the system, continuously and
rigorously monitors the client data quality and information.
• Organizes and leads cross selling/trainings/meeting/information sharing, information acquisition, with
Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo and Raiffeisen Leasing Kosovo Sales Force on Segment or Branch Level.
• Coordinates and maintains quality day to day operations with third party partners, ensures superb service.
• Focus on Front Office Cost and Efficiency management. Continuously and pro actively improves Front Office
processes with perspective in improvement of Key Performance Indicators‘ with local market and group
benchmarks.
• Coordinates and sets up marketing plans and ensures execution in cooperation with the sales team.
• Leads Presales Management
Qualifications and experience:
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or in a related discipline;
• 3 – 5 years relevant working experience in the Insurance Sector
• Excellent financial and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writting) both Albanian & English
• Excellent planning, organizing and negotiating skills;
• Excellent decision-making skills;
• Excellent reporting skills;
